Hello, this is GM Saru from Freestyle.
During the scheduled maintenance on Thursday, August 14th,
we will be updating the Master Pass season reset system.
We’d like to inform all players in advance.
Under the current rules,
if either the Master Pass or the Step-Up Pass is active, you cannot reset the season.
You must activate all passes and claim all rewards before a reset is possible.
To address this inconvenience,
starting after the August 14th maintenance,
you will be able to reset the season as long as all rewards are claimed,
regardless of which pass type is active.
◆ Implementation Date
Effective after scheduled maintenance on Thursday, August 14th
◆ Changes
From this date onward, as long as you have claimed all rewards for your active pass type,
you can perform a Season Reset.
Examples:
Only the Master Pass is active
When [Master Pass + Basic Pass] Level 50 rewards are all claimed → Season Reset available
Only the Step-Up Pass is active
When [Step-Up Pass + Basic Pass] Level 50 rewards are all claimed → Season Reset available
※ Important Notes
If neither the Master Pass nor the Step-Up Pass is purchased, season reset will not be available.
This updated rule will apply to all future Master Pass seasons.
